PSP (Problem Solving Process)
- Practical training aimed at operational staff to the level of middle management in manufacturing/services.
- The training focuses on case studies of standardized methods (brainstorming, filter criteria, Gantt, Ishikawa, priority matrix, Paretto), where participants will acquire practical coaching roles for management and team leadership.
- After completing the activity, participants can solve the problems encountered in project management, assigned tasks, and problems encountered in work duties.
Individual profiles of participants that support the results in solving tasks can be developed. Such profiles have potential strengths or weaknesses of participants and proposed measures/improvements, potential management skills /team leadership, and tasks divided into time management, stress management and project management.
